Michelle’s home is the best, most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb I’ve been in so far, I wish I had more time to stay there, I didn’t want to leave. The place is absolutely spotless, you feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this home! Worth every penny, perfect for if you’re wanting a place to just escape from life and relax, I would definitely stay at Michelle’s again, thank you for such a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

We were greeted by the lovely Teresa who was super helpful and friendly! The stay was just what we needed close to the Suffolk Show grounds as we were attending the following day! She had great details about the show which really helped us! The accommodation was great, it was super clean and just like the photos! Had a lovely nights sleep to set us up for the following day! Igor’s flat was perfect for a weekend ….smart decor, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and good coffee. The instructions were clear and it was easy to get into Cambridge on the bus. We could not have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

The Mews at Snailwell is a beautiful property, in a nice quiet location. From the point of booking, Peter (the host) was on it through communication, with all queries answered at lightning speed. The photos really do not do the place justice……it is amazing. So spacious and well equipped. In fact there was nothing we felt was missing, a real home from home. If you are taking pets (we took our grandson), the front and rear gardens are super secure. The orientations offer both sun and shade. The George & Dragon pub opposite was a real bonus. The food was amazing and so were the team who ran it. Again there is a secure enclosed garden for well-behaved children and dogs. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely gem of a place, and Claire is absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is immaculate, and such a wonderful home to step into. It's even better than the photos and such a well thought out and airy large space. I came with a 5 and 7 year old and grandparents and the walks to the town, beach, arcades, restaurants and funfair were just about right for them. We know North Norfolk well and usually travel about a fair bit, but it was hard to get away from such a perfect (and really quiet) spot with everything on our doorstep. The only advice I would give is that the under 5 notes are apt, though not necessary for the reasons given (baby supplies etc), but because there are cream kitchen seat cushions and rugs and lush furniture so you could feel a bit nervous with children not yet used to knowing the value of things and who could be a bit clumsy etc! Luckily mine were the perfect age for us all to enjoy it and I would highly recommend this house and host!

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

Fantastic stay at Daisy’s. Fallon had thought of everything we could possibly need, even a hose & dog towels for sandy, muddy woofties! She was super responsive both before & during our stay, and was keen to receive any ideas/feedback to improve future client experience. Would definitely recommend, and hope to visit again!

This is our second stay at Nicola's place and it feels a home from home. It's very clean, and modern throughout. It's easily walkable to the train station, Tesco, and town, as well as to lovely riverside walks. Nicola is an incredibly responsive host. She was flexible too, allowing us to drop off our bags early, whilst the cleaner was still cleaning, and messaging us as soon as the property was clean so we could go there a bit earlier than initially stated. The place is well cared for, with the gardener being there during our stay, and the window cleaner there during our previous stay. Would definitely recommend.

Our second visit, and the barn and surroundings were beautiful in spring! Particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the meadow at the back with a drink. Thanks Hannah for a great stay

We had a fantastic time at Maylie cottage! It was beautiful inside, spotlessly clean & well equipped. We had some great days out at Hunstanton, Wells & Brancaster -everywhere is so doggy friendly!! We also had a delicious meal at the Crown Inn. We tried to book a meal on Thursday, but they had their quiz night & were fully booked - so book ahead to avoid disappointment!! It would be useful to have a clothes airer- I did some washing, but had nowhere to hang it! Just in minor detail in what was a super, relaxing break!! Thank you - wonderful hosts..!!

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. We loved our stay in Eleanors accomodation. Easy to find. Welcomed by Katherine on arrival slightly earlier than scheduled. The apartment is only 5 mins from the town centre and an easy walk from railway and bus stop. The place was perfect for a short stay or longer if you wish. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace. We would and have recommended 21a to friends.

The apartment is small but well equipped and in a great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. Jemma was very helpful.

A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!

Would definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend the Annexe at no.9. Well laid out interior with great facilities and equipped to a high standard. Really appreciated the full bowl of coffee pods and food and drink staples on arrival. The private garden is secluded, quiet and well kept, ideal to relax in. Very well situated for Cambridge City centre and amenities, all within easy reach either by car or bus. A definite 10/10 for us.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location.
