Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

This recently renovated annex flat boasts a spacious and bright place to stay. Large garden, private entrance and parking. Located in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside As a part time lived in property, the flat is fully equipped with everything you’d have at home A gorgeous farm shop and tea room is just a short walk at the end of the road. Just a 10 min drive from Peterborough city centre and 20 min drive from picturesque Stamford. Cambridge 50 min drive. And London (45 min train).

It's perfectly located for river, shops, restaurants, and sights, plus there are great transport links to the nearby towns and coast.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Perfectly situated to explore the varied treasures of Lincolnshire, from its many Heritage sites to the beauty of the Wolds AONB, and the expansive Lincolnshire coastline. Treetops is just off the A17 and 3 miles from the delightful village of Heckington with its many amenities including local shops, takeaways, with an ATM in the Co-op store

Corner Cottage - North Elmham

Corner Cottage is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. Recently renovated, this large one bedroom ground floor flat gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk.... with the added benefit being just a few paces from a cooked breakfast or a slice of cake! We also have two other Airbnb properties on site if you are looking to book a group visit- Basils Barn & 62 Holt Road.

The Vinery

The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.
