Condo vacation rentals in Kings Beach

Wow! The pictures of this place do not do it justice! First off, the view of Lake Tahoe is spectacular! We spent time on the top deck which has plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas. Truthfully I could have spent the whole trip just sitting outside here. There is also a hot tub on a bottom deck that we did not use but is a nice option. As far as the inside of the condo, it is gorgeous. Everything is very high end and it’s decorated beautifully. Yet the place is so comfortable and you feel right at home. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. And the hosts were amazing communicators. We had a few questions which were answered immediately with very helpful answers. One note is it’s located about 30 steps below the parking lot and there are steps in the condo as well. For us it was worth every step and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to land after a day enjoying the lake or hiking. Beautiful renovation with thoughtful high-end Tahoe finishes. Loved the music (diverse selection) and games. Within walking distance to grocery store and restaurants…even Kings Beach if you’re up for the distance. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

Loved the area - it’s right off of Lake Tahoe and during the wintertime, the lake was amazing during sunset. Location is decently close to a couple of big resorts and the overall space was pretty roomy. Place is two floors and could probably fit two couples.

Kimberly’s place was amazing! It was beautifully decorated with all of the little touches that make you feel right at home. The place was squeaky clean and looked like it was newly renovated. We would spend our days out hiking, exploring or on the water and most days came back to enjoy dinner at the townhome. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved enjoying our dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. The views were amazing! It is set high in a townhome community with beautiful surroundings. Although you have townhomes right next to you, it still felt very private with a cabin in the woods feeling. The beds were so comfy, I asked Kimberly were I could purchase the sheets. We usually retired to bed a bit early to watch a movie on the large smart television in the bedroom. (Both televisions were top of the line.) We loved that Kimberly provided quality beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for our use. We will definitely be back! Ten stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay with my group of friends! The space was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during my time there. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The location of the airbnb was slightly difficult to find since the signs were small and there were not much info on finding the house. However, everything else about the stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Had a great stay at Alyssa's place :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for somewhere cozy yet not too far from Northstar and restaurants/groceries. Only thing to note is there is limited hot water at times(probably water is heated and stored in some tank) so if you have lots of folks showering you might want to stagger them out so everyone gets a nice hot shower. However I'm pretty sure this problem also exists in the majority of other properties in Lake Tahoe, so don't let my comment deter you from staying at Alyssa's place! Just throwing it out here in case you were as clueless as me :)

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

Ideal location for a family ski trip. Parked in heated garage and didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to leave. Spacious and fully stocked. Would stay again.

Jared’s condo in Northstar was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip to the truckee area. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms downstairs and a nice large common space upstairs. The resort area is lovely and location is wonderful with just a short drive to both truckee or kings beach.

We had a great stay at Sarah's place! Plenty of parking between the two dedicated spots and the overflow lot was really convenient. The space was homey and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen (which we really, really appreciated) - plenty of pots, pans, cutting, boards, and all the accessories we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy condo in Truckee! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the fireplace made it extra cozy after a day in the snow.

We had a great stay with our 5 and 8 year old kids and family dog. Fantastic location and great value- exactly as pictured. Cozy, not fussy, right in the heart of the Northstar village. If you need a midday break from skiing or have a napping child, this location is so close that it would be easy to come back for lunch or a rest. Other guests noted the 2 flights of stairs and one elevator as a potential draw back. Wasn't a problem for us on shoulder season. We left our skiiis in the car, you could also check them at the valet if you've got your hands full with kiddos. We used the heated pool and hot tubs at the recc center. Doggy relief was as convenient as it could be in an apartment-like building. Lots of patches of dirt close by with a nice walking trail by the recc center. One note, we had some nice spring weather and the loft got warm in the afternoons. Drawing the shades during the day and opening windows and doors for the evening made it more comfortable for sleeping.

Perfect place for my 3 daughters and I. Clean, comfortable and full of amenities. My kids loved the pool and the short drive to sand harbor beach and monkey rock. Well maintained and so peaceful!

Our stay was great! I thought the space was the perfect size for myself, husband and two small kiddos. And having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to The Village and the path was easy to follow. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to it but they had everything you need. Amy was quick to communicate and was very flexible/understanding with a last minute extension that we ended up not needing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Very good family ski in ski out condo for spring break. Well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels etc. Comfy couch and living area. A little bit of a walk (with stairs) from the parking area so if you have senior members of your group keep that in mind. Very easy to get to and from the slope (ski down to gondola in 15 seconds). Village run returns you right to parking area for the condo.

Robin was very responsive to our questions, both in timeliness and helpfulness. We will strongly consider re-booking her place if we ever return to Incline Village. We had a great time exploring the Lake Tahoe area because our accommodations were the least of our concerns.

This is our second time staying in Northstar and this time around we really liked the condo we stayed in. The kitchen was newly remodeled and it fully loaded with all the basic essentials to make a meal. The deck off the living was a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and bird watch. My family had a great time playing with the mini foosball table and we loved the rec center. So much to do! The rec center staff were very helpful and polite. We look forward to booking again in the near future!!

We loved staying in Claudio’s home. It was clean and with lovely furnishings. Gorgeous wooden dining table, with comfy couches, chairs and beds. Kitchen had all amenities and then some (stocked up coffee!). Easy check-in and check-out. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Beyond our expectations! A beautiful unit, clean, private, and perfect location as it was so close to the gondola entrance! Scott was such wonderful host, and we can't wait to visit again when ski season starts again.

Outstanding! This was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. The condo was more than comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We will definitely be back.
