In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets.
