Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in King County

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house, gardens, and yards were beautiful, the house was extremely clean, lots of hot water, great bathrooms, very comfortable beds, linens and pillows, very nice kitchen with everything one could want and very safe neighborhood. Best of all were the hosts. They are terrific people, very thoughtful and generous and left a well stocked kitchen, which was much appreciated when I showed up late at night and hungry. I can't say enough about this place. Will definitely go back the next time we are in Seattle!

I stayed in the Old Orchard Cottage for nearly 2 months after arriving from Australia to relocate for work. The space is well set up and makes it easy to share with different guests in other rooms. The kitchen is really well stocked & it’s easy to make meals for yourself. Ashley was incredibly responsive. Herself & Adam were both quick to fix anything that came up in the house. The outdoor space is also wonderful which was great to enjoy the Seattle summer. The bed & linens were all really comfortable, I slept really well in the space. There is also plenty of space to unpack if you’re staying for a longer duration, which made my first weeks in Seattle so much easier. The house is ~20 minute walk to the light rail, which makes it really easy to get around Seattle. The U-Village shopping centre is also very close, so you have access to everything you’d need within walking distance. Overall a fabulous Airbnb that I would highly recommend to friends & family.

Amazing stay at this gem. What a great, authentic BnB style. Loved all of the food provided, Storyville coffee was to die for, and extremely comfortable stay. Would definitely come here again.

Catherine was great! Despite us being late, she still was helpful and really kind. We really enjoyed all the accommodations, snacks, amenities, etc. She was great and the place was awesome.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with our stay. The unit was exactly what was described and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean and very usable, and it had enough storage and sitting space to be comfortable. The neighborhood is gorgeous and it seems that everyone has immaculate landscaping, I can't say enough how enjoyable it is to just walk around the area. Lastly, Hugo's house manual is AWESOME and the most detailed I've seen in any of my other stays previous to this. It answered every question I had and then some. Hugo was an incredible host and very flexible with our questions and needs and the check out process was very easy and straight forward (no guessing on if we need to bring out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean, etc.). We will be staying here on our next trip out to Seattle.

Wonderful experience. The views are beautiful and close to the beach with a stairway just outside the door to get to it. Great patio to sit or grill or light a fire. The home was well appointed and comfortable. When we return to Seattle we will be staying there, hopefully.

I found Paul and Linda to be exceptional hosts! Very friendly and inviting. Also, Paul is a great cook with an amazing breakfast ready for you every morning! Which is such a great way to start off the day. They go out of their way to make sure your stay feels comfortable. I would highly recommend a visit!

Great stay, the room on Wednesday night was not very well ventilated, but Sunday night the room was pristine. Very friendly staff and great location

We had a fabulous stay. The room was huge and comfortable. We really enjoyed talking to the other guests over a delicious breakfast. Our kids loved playing with the resident dog out in the courtyard. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had no trouble with parking and the location was very convenient. The only constructive thing I’d mention is that the room doesn’t have air conditioning, although the listing says it does. It wasn’t an issue during our stay and wouldn’t be a problem most of the time. But if you happen to be there during a heatwave, there are two ceiling fans, but no a/c.

The wonderful host provided a friendly welcome to the Manor and made sure our visit was well worth it. The place was in a great location and the room was very cozy and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was a wonderful stay in a great neighborhood. It's not particularly close to downtown sights but is centrally located since we had travels north and south of Seattle. It's a huge house with large common areas although it was pretty quiet when we stayed. We were greeted by David at check-in and saw Johnny a couple of times for breakfast but other than that we had the place mostly to ourselves. The house has been meticulously taken care of. We enjoyed the full breakfast every morning and chatting with Anne.

We loved staying at the manor! We would absolutely come back at any time! The hosts are really lovely and it was great to get to know some of the other guests over breakfast. It’s such a cute area, with lots of stuff to get to pretty easily! Would love to go back!

It was a quick stay but nothing short of amazing! We were greeted as soon as we arrived. It felt like we had been there before, everything was very comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed the freshly baked banana bread and the amazing breakfast in the morning. Lisa is wonderful at creating a nice relaxing environment. We would love to stay again when we are in the area! Highly recommend!

I’ve lost track of the number of times we’ve stayed at Ben’s place, but it’s always our first choice when we are visiting Seattle. Ben is a great host: super responsive, thoughtful, and flexible. The house is always clean and well appointed with everything you need, and the beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. Can’t recommend Ben and his place highly enough!!

Ahmed was a great host. Very friendly and even hosted dinner a couple of nights. I felt comfortable staying on his space and left feeling like I made a new friend :)
