Quiet Mother-in-law apartment on hobby farm

The apartment is attached to the back of my residence. It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Duvall and Carnation and 30 minutes from Redmond, Woodinville, Monroe and Snoqualmie. The driveway is gravel so be prepared for a little dirt and/or dust outside. There are hiking and biking trails, as well as Tolt and Snoqualmie rivers for outdoor enthusiasts. I have started a hobby farm with goats, chickens and ducks for you to view. Therefore you can expect dirt and odors common to a farm.

Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill.
