Waterfront vacation rentals in Kimberling City

We had a wonderful stay at this Branson AirBnB! The location was pretty perfect—a doable walk to the historic downtown area, which we loved exploring. Just a heads up for future guests: there's a sidewalk to cross the bridge into downtown that's not super obvious to see in the photos. The space was just the right size for our family of four. My husband and I had one bedroom, our teenage daughter had her own room, and our teenage son was comfortable on the pullout sofa. Everyone having their own TV was a nice touch—we all had our own space to relax after a day out. One of the biggest bonuses for us was the incredibly close proximity to Landing Fitness. We ended up going every day! It’s a great gym—clean, well-equipped, and never crowded when we were there. When we checked in for the first time and told the staff member which unit we were staying in, he said, “Ooh, that’s a really nice one!” We couldn’t agree more. If and when we return to Branson, we’d love to stay here again!

This property is part of a fourplex, top level. It is nicely appointed and has a spacious deck with a view of the lake. We liked having two separate full bathrooms and the bedroom ceiling fan was a life saver. Christine’s communication was frequent and proactive. We had a great time!

We had a great stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the condo was pristine. The only issue was the construction. Other than that it was perfect! We would definitely come back

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless and we felt at home. The decor was very pretty and stylish. Beds were very comfortable. There was a lot to do within just moments of the location. All instructions were very plain and we felt very welcome. Thank you for making our stay at Branson such a pleasant one!

This was one of the most clean, well kept condos that we have stayed in. Every last detail was so well thought out and it was decorated adorable. Tricia was so very kind and wonderful to deal with. We would absolutely love to stay there again.

The place we stayed in ended up being way more than we expected. The entire area was very well done, super cute and extremely thought out. They were very easy to communicate with and helped us with some suggestions on what to do. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

The place was nice...and clean. Bed was comfortable. The space is small, but I expected that. I'm a bug guy so I might not be a good judge. The bathroom was definitely small and the shower. It was a good space for a couple nights. I wouldn't go there for an extended stay. The area around the house is pretty run down. Good access to the water if you want to fish or just hang out near the water. The buildings and area itself is pretty run down and dated. It looks like it maybe was a fun place 30 years ago.

My husband and I had a short weekend getaway to Gabi's place (our first two nights away from our four children in 8 years!) and our stay was amazing. The condo was clean, relaxing, and right next to the lake. It wasn't accessible right from our building, but the lake was a short 2-3 minute walk away. The area was super quiet and peaceful. The recommendations for dining out were amazing! I can't wait to come down and stay again.

Beautiful place with plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, well kept, so much to do and enjoy. We all loved this place and plan to book again!!

We were late getting there so it was already dark which showing up in the daytime is a strong recommendation if you’ve never been there. Anyway, GPS on our phones was not working right and kept resetting so we were going back-and-forth down two different highways looking for an address that just didn’t seem to be there. Come to find out we were just in the total wrong spot after talking with the host for decent amount of time trying to explain to us where we were. She just came and got us and we followed her back to the place. Not sure if she would’ve made it there if she didn’t save us Because when it’s dark, it’s pitch black and when your map isn’t working well started to get frustrated. Pretty sure she saved the whole vacation by coming to get us. Will definitely go back again.

Exactly what we were looking for . Every detail was thought out . Not excessive but just what we needed. Such a beautiful , peaceful setting . Very responsive and thoughtful host. Definitely would book again.

Kyle’s beautiful home is in a great location. The size ( five bedrooms and five and one half bathrooms) was perfect for our extended family. Our eight teenagers enjoyed the game room , pickleball and the indoor pool just a few feet from the back porch. Kyle is a very responsive and accommodating host.

The house was all that was advertised and more. The house had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. We started off with being told, unprompted, that we could checkin 4 hours early. The five kids and 6 adults quickly found and enjoyed the provided snacks. There was an ample supply of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies in addition to coffee and condiments available. We would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful lakefront property. Darla and Caleb were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, including coming out to the property to adjust the dock due to the high water levels. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful backyard that led down to the lake. The host was very responsive to all my texts and questions. It is a very clean and well kept place. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rental. Looks just like the photos. Great view. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get in, had everything we needed/expected. Host was super responsive and kind. Easy to get to attractions. We had a great time.

This place was perfect for our vacation! It is right next to the park, pool, hot tub, trash and trails to the lake within the resort. It was a great location for everything we needed to do in both West Branson and Branson. The home was well kept and had plenty to do for our children with games and amenities!

This was our for Air B&B experience and we absolutely loved it! The property was beautiful and clean the beds were so cozy! Had an air conditioner problem but Andy got right on it and it was back up and running in no time. Have no complaints at all! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay in Branson. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The view of the river was beautiful and made for a lovely way to start the day. The only small downside was the lack of privacy on the balcony when others were outside at the same time, but it wasn’t a big issue. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and offered great local recommendations, including a dog sitter (even though we didn’t end up needing one). We would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time my family and I rented an AirBnB. Generally, we stay at hotels but we wanted something better. Katie’s place was a slam dunk. 100/100. Incredibly clean, she was so responsive and there was no drama whatsoever. From here on out, when we go to Branson, this is where we will be staying.

John was an excellent host! We had to reach out once during our stay with a question and he quickly responded with a phone call and was very pleasant! We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and the space worked well for our family! Our son much appreciated the Murphy bed!! We enjoyed the view of the lake with our morning coffee! The condo was well stocked. Overall very happy with our stay!

The condo was perfect for us! We brought our 5 and 2 yo and had a wonderful time. The view was everything, it was peaceful, close to SDC, stores, attractions, restaurants and the property had a great playground, pool and hot tub. We walked to the lake and had an amazing time. Meghan was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend her space and hope to come back!

I have stayed with Andria before and she never disappoints! The community was absolutely gorgeous and very safe. The condo was even better in person and had everything you could need for your stay. Andria does an excellent job of making everything as efficient and simple as possible for a no stress getaway!
