Kyle was an outstanding host. He gave us helpful tips of things to do in the area and always checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is fantastic. Very close to Miami (35 minutes w/o traffic). Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking utensils you will need. Great entertainment (Netflix, Amazon prime tv). Washer/Dryer combo. Close to bars and restaurants and Hollywood beach. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back to this place!

Great location. Neighbors is no problem enjoy your stay. Don’t forget to go outside and lounge in the sun.

We stayed at this unit for a family vacation and it was an absolute gem. The apartment was the perfect place for our stay during our time in Fort Lauderdale. The room was super clean, well furnished, and stacked with all the essentials. The whole space was lovely and a welcome place to come back to after a busy day. The parking spot out front was also super convenient. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment no matter what the hour. Indiana and Ben are definitely rock star hosts! They were super responsive through out our whole stay and very communicative. A+ customer service all around and would 100% recommend the rental unit to anyone looking for accommodations in the area. Loved it everything was clean , they let us check in earlier it was amazing experience. Very nice view , building amenities were 10/10, pool , gym , sauna , private office and meeting rooms , private parking, close to lots of good restaurants. 10/10 experience

One of my favorite stays, the location, the art, the amenities, the attention to details alongside the cleanliness and the awesome layout of the room, there was some good effort put into it to make it feel like a calm and private place to crash for a weekend. Would stay again.

Best Airbnb in Miami! The space was really comfortable. The open patio from the bedroom straight to the pool really gave vacation vibes. Pool was perfect with lots of lovely outdoor seating for meals or relaxing time. A 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Quiet bedroom. Very convenient if going to MIA or Tri rail. So pleased with this experience- thank you!

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic area of Miami. We stayed here for 8 days and had a ball. Very quick check in at the front desk (just showed the passport); 6 lifts and we barely waited for a lift in the 8 days we were there. A lovely apartment, so clean, stunning views of the water. The sofa bed was very comfortable - came with a foldaway mattress which was ideal. The kitchen had the full range of utensils, microwave, large fridge etc. Bathroom was very clean and had shampoo, soap etc. We used the laundry facilities in the apartment - washer and dryer - so you could probably bring less clothes than planned for your holiday! It's a great spot for dozens of bars and restaurants, walking to Brickell Island, and Ubers are cheap and plentiful to take you further afield - $10 to Bayside, $15 to $20 to south beach. I would absolutely recommend Cinthia's apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home-from-home in a great area. Cinthia was very responsive and a great host.

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a large group looking to stay together comfortably. Just enough space for everyone and the thoughtfulness of how the space is laid out is designed for large groups.

Our family stayed in Miami for my daughters birthday. The host was kind and left my daughter a little birthday breakfast treat. It was a nice surprise after a long drive. The house was peaceful and what I call Zen. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. The casita was very clean and magical just what I needed. I hope to return again. To my surprise as we left I did see a Pavo Real (peacock) named after the Casita. Best Air B&B experience yet.

This place was perfect for our weekend needs. Easy to get to and from the places we wanted to go. The space was great for relaxing outside at night and our dog very much enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

Very clean and well taken care of home. Plenty of dishes and cooking items. Nice grill for cooking our fish. Only down side was only one kayak so we would have had to take turns. Would stay there again.

This apartment was in great shape. Very clean and spacious. Linen and towels were of good quality. The bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable beds. The air conditioning in the apartment worked well. The immediate area is not what I expected, it was not an upscale neighborhood but it worked because neighbors were very friendly. Location was great, very close to restaurants and entertainment. Kitchen was very well equipped. There are flat screen TVs in every room. Need to bring your your own sign in account. Regular channels were very limited. Nice comfortable backyard area with table and chairs so you could enjoy eating outside. Gina and David were very responsive and accommodating. Overall the experience was very good and I would return if I’m in the area again.

Nothing but great things the say about our stay! The house was so wonderful, especially the back yard and pool. The host was very responsive about any questions and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, which often isn’t the case with Airbnb beds. It’s a great location near the airport and just a quick 15 mins to downtown Miami. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great stay, would highly recommend, home was clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back to duck key so I can book again.

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

Cory’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was quiet with a pool and a gym down the hall. The apartment was confortable with a nice balcony where you can have your morning breakfast or your whiskey at night. Cory’s was very attentive and his recommendation was on point. He recommended Allison park as a place to relax and enjoy the beach. He was right the beach was clean with easy access to chairs and umbrella. I would definitely come back and stay at Cory’s place.

I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B
