Dalia is a wonderful host. She cares about her tenants and is responsive to their needs and questions. I especially appreciate her final touches in the unit. Since she knew I would be working night shift and wanted to help make my stay more pleasant, she kindly installed black-out shades which did help. Thank you so much Dalia for being so kind and hospitable. The unit itself is conveniently located near the hospital downtown and there are several options to shop for affordable groceries and take-out meals. The property is gated for an extra layer of security which is also a plus.

The apartment was home for almost 3 months and quite comfortable and very well equipped! lovely and safe location...loved that this apt was at very back! Laura herself was quickly responsive and a true sweetheart! ty again for making my time away from my flooded home comfortable!

She was so sweet, and the place was perfect! We didn’t stay long, we were just passing through, but it was a perfect place to walk to get food/ a drink after a long day of driving!

Joe was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns we had. He was very accommodating to our needs and really appreciated everything he did to make our stay great and feel welcomed! The house was beautiful and the apartment was very spacious and accommodated our large extended family! All the kids and adults had fun and were entertained. I would recommend as a great place to stay!

This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

If a slice of tranquility is what you need, look no further. Quailgate is the place. The house is very spacious, super clean, and tastefully decorated. The surrounding is very private and has a leisure country vibe with a small orchard. The kitchen is well stocked. The fridge provides ice and filtered water. Groceries and restaurants are just 10 mins away in Tehachapi. Central air/heat works great. Plenty of hot water for a good shower or a soak in the tub. And Shawn is a great host, very responsive and communicative.

This property was AMAZING! Enough room for me and my family to enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed the games that was at the property the pool table, pool, etc had us occupied the entire stay lol. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Super clean with plenty of room and the host was GREAT. 10/10

This home is as advertised. The amazing pool, spacious bedrooms, beautiful outdoor area for bbqs and family fun. The game room was a pleasant surprise for my son who loved everything about it. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a get away. Ray was very responsive and polite and accommodated my every need. If I could give this place more than 5stars I would!

Lovely place to chill and unwind, great kitchen with air fryer and kitchenaid! Everything is new and the picture doesn’t do the living room and couch justice. Super comfy couch and chill area with big, well equipped kitchen for family and friends.

Wir waren für eine Nacht bei Matt zu Besuch, da wir auf Durchreise waren. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und es gab einen großen Supermarkt 4 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir können es nur empfehlen! :)

Easy to find after a long day’s travel, arriving after dark. The unit worked perfectly for my two week work assignment, located close main roads but also walkable to downtown and nearby cute neighborhoods for walking. The bed was comfortable and there are two AC units for hot weather and ceiling fans. Lots of old cute built/in cabinetry. Easy parking out front. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect home away from home! Carrie’s place was a great place for my husband and daughter to stay while our family was at family camp in the area - they don’t appreciate sleeping in a tent, but wanted to be involved in the activities. It worked perfectly for our family. It was spotlessly clean, and cozy. My daughter mentioned the bed was super comfortable. Even though they basically just slept and showered there, they both said how nice it was to be able to stay there. We would definitely come back!
