It is a pleasure to stay there as 1st Airbnb book for me. I shocked. About how clean it is and convenient to live. You will definitely have experience way batter even that five stars hotels. Also I like the location very much. So, If you have a family coming with you and looking for quite, save and convenient place to live in kent. I would suggest you this house for sure. Mike and Cathy are perfect hosts. The space is equipped for short or longer stays. The back yard and patio are beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub and fire pit always felt private. The unit is super clean and we had fresh linens weekly or anytime we needed them. Mike and Cathy go above and beyond with the extra touches and always made us (My husband, myself, and our dog Qtip) feel welcomed, but they also let us have our privacy and make the space our own while we were there. 10 stars if possible. Truly a hidden gem. The value was amazing for the price and amenities it felt like Iike a private retreat. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is safe and nice. The location is convenient to Tacoma or Seattle. Overall, we would highly recommend and would stay again!

I had a great time staying here. It was peaceful and the backyard was such a nice touch for relaxing with family . The kitchen and pantry had everything necessary for one to make a meal which was important to me . Overall the place was nice and felt like home.

Very beautiful space! Very cozy and welcoming. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, very nice bathroom, and a cozy bed ! Hosts were accommodating and communicative, and Oscar Jones was a delight!

This place is my go to local escape. In the heart of downtown Puyallup, yet people walk by it all the time and never know it’s there. Lani is super responsive and genuine, and she is definitely one who cares about her guests experience. We will be back again.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host who provided so many recommendations on where to travel, clear instructions with pictures on entering/exiting and house amenity usage, and even sent me maps on train travel. His abode was very clean, simple, and comfortable. He was responsive and accomodating; I highly recommend him!

Scenic and comfortable for friends or family with kids. Kitchen was top notch, had all the essentials and multiple Keurig options. The deck by the lake is very nice to hang out at evenings and night time. TV remote didn't have batteries and the bathroom drain can be unclogged better. But these were minor inconveniences.

Great place. Quiet, super clean, safe, and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The value of this place for the daily rate is more than fair. It was great having a place with a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. Very convenient for exploring Tacoma and other areas due to it's central location. The hosts created a really nice place, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend this place to other people.

We had a wonderful stay at Ron’s place. We were visiting our son and family and were very close to their home. We had a spectacular view of the sound from the condo. Having a washer/dryer wasn’t something we thought we would need but it ended up coming in handy before we left. Ron responded to our texts very promptly. Would highly recommend Ron’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Best place to stay if you’re visiting Seattle! Location is super convenient being next to the station and there are so many walkable restaurants and a market nearby. The place itself was clean, quiet mostly (until the unit above us became occupied), and there was basically anything you could need when traveling.

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!
