Two bedrooms (one king, one full), one shower, a full-sized washer & dryer, living/kitchen with fridge, counter dishwasher (post 4/15) & induction oven, and many gadgets & appliances including a 65" OLED TV, PS5 & Switch dock for your entertainment. There is a unique walkway next to the designated parking space to the private entrance and a gated backyard. Welcome!

This was once a 1940's East Hill farm home in Kent's plateau area. The house is updated and yet in period condition. It is a two story Cape Cod style with a fully landscaped and fenced yard that includes a coy pond and patio. Includes off-street parking on-site. The upstairs primary bedroom has an attached bathroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor. The first floor includes another large bedroom, full bathroom, separate laundry room, kitchen, living and a den / recreation area.
