The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. The beach view (40m to the river) and peaceful milieu give great experiences every season, from the northern lights to the wonderful sunsets. The yard has direct access to skiing, fishing, and swimming in the summer. It's also easy to get to nature nearby. There is a grill house on the beach, as well as an outdoor sauna and hot tub (separate fee) The place is also great for families with children.

Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.

Spacious granny cottage with sauna for rent in the countryside of Kemijoki, near the old railway station. Good central location halfway between Kemi (69km) and Rovaniemi (50km) near the 4 road. If necessary, transport is arranged through us. Rowing boat and bicycles for renters. Local company offer different activities according to the seasons. Feel free to ask! We agree on a case-by-case basis whether we allow pets. Public beach within walking distance.

My cottage is small, intimate and romantic place in the genuine countryside village, Loue, only 50 minutes drive from the biggest cities in Lapland; Rovaniemi and Kemi-Tornio.On your stay you can enjoy the real country life; easy going activities or just have a good night sleep and receive our hospitality. Centrally located in scenic Yli-I, there are neat accommodations. It is located along a motorcycle path from Oulu to Rovaniemi. The grocery store is literally a stone's throw away, and it's close to the Ii River. NOTE! Bring your own sheets and towels. Linens and towels are available for an additional fee.
