You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. Plenty of parking space, in the winter an acre less. there are two bedrooms with a total of three beds. In addition, there are two “trips with beds” that can be spread out to the desired location. Great for children. Towels and linens included.

All in all, we had a lovely stay and could also see aurora lights. Unfortunately, the internet speed was not so good. Snowshoes and sledges were provided for this:)

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka welcomed us personally. The house is located close to the road and is easily accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka organized cross-country skis and snowshoes for us at a good price and marked a trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the Northern Lights twice. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Kauko's. Perfect for our large family group, loved the Sauna and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the yard both nights of our stay. Kauko was very helpful with an early checkin. Easy walk to the supermarket and to the Icebreaker tour. Highly recommend.

We ( 2 families) had an amazing stay at Johanna’s ! The house is large enough well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Everything as described in the listing. The location is super nice and we were able to see the northern lights from the house itself !! Johanna was quick to respond to our concerns and she takes care of providing extra heating during the very cold days! If you have a car with you.. then it’s impossible to go wrong with this stay. Thanks Johanna for hosting us .. we really enjoyed the stay !

Fantastic accommodation! The host had left clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which made check-in smooth even after midnight. The accommodation maintained a very good standard and felt homey from the start. Perfect for a few days' stay – most of what you need is within walking distance: grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and shops. Highly recommend this home!
