The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! New barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for bonfires!

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

About a kilometer away, there are shops, a post office, a pharmacy, a pub and a kiosk where you can get lunch and fast food. About two kilometers away from the city center. A couple of hundred meters away from the bus stop.

Stay in the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small,tidy with everything you need. Electric sauna,shower,toilet,stove,dishes,refrigerator and cooking utensils There's a trail to the beach and a rowing boat in use. The beach is rocky and doesn't have a dock, so you need to be able to swim if you take a dip in the river. An air source heat pump that just came in to keep the apartment nice and warmth in the winter.
