You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! New barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for bonfires!

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat.
