Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

In direkter Nähe zum Skigebiet Rangger Köpfel (ca. 3min entfernt). In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Innsbruck (ca. 15min). Idyllisch gelegen in ruhiger Lage mit traumhafter Bergkulisse. Perfekt für Familien, Pärchen und als Arbeitsplatz geeignet. Optimal ist die Unterkunft für 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch für weitere 2 Personen. Alle Betten sind Doppelbetten. Für Babys gibt es ein eigenes Kinderbett. Es gibt einen schönen Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Die Villa Wilhelmine begrüßt Sie in Oberperfuss, 400 m von der Seilbahn entfernt. Sie bietet Ihnen einen nächstgelegenen Zugang zu den Skipisten und Bergblick. WLAN nutzen Sie in der Unterkunft kostenfrei. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und allen notwendigen Utensilien. Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
