It is an old house built over 100 years ago, like a Kyoto townhouse, located on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, called Koedo in Boso. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. If you go a little further, there is the sea, mountains, rivers, valleys, and black water hot springs.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.The Chibanyan is world famous for fishing for smelt in Lake Takataki and for the magnetic reversal that happened hundreds of thousands of years ago.(The visitor center is scheduled to open in 3 years) Matcha is delicious in the cold season.Please let us know if you have any requests.(Until about 5 pm / except Mondays and Thursdays) The facility is located overlooking the Isuzu River, and the ground is bedrock. When you come by car, it takes 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-o Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The nearest station is Otaki Station, a 12-minute walk away.(Due to the derailment of the Isumi Railway, some sections will be operated by the Isumi Railway Substitute Bus)

This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea.
