Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kata Noi Beach

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Great house!We had a good holiday with our family. The environment is good. We rented a car to go there. The surrounding area is also very convenient. The check-in guide is very detailed. The introduction to the surrounding area is very comprehensive. The recommended restaurants are delicious. Every question was answered quickly.I would choose here if I come back to Phuket.Benoit and Julian really serve very well, creating a very cozy environment, feeling like a tour guide in addition to being an Airbnb host, and like a relative in Phuket, they can answer all questions, making us feel very at ease in Phuket ~ Thank you for meeting us🩷

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

The cleanest, more beautiful and peaceful Airbnb I’ve stayed so far! Paulina is a wonderful host, the best I’ve met! Always responsive and helpful, and attentive to all our needs. The villa is perfect for family with young kids, though the nearest convenient store is not very walkable. Delivery apps work just fine so that’s perfectly fine. Would definitely come back to Villa Saniya if we are back in Phuket in the future!

A wonderful host, as well as workers in this place, cleaning was every other day sometimes even 2 days in a row, also on the territory there are many very friendly cats, although sometimes they did not give a pass) the place is 15 minutes from cafes and restaurants, to the sea for a little more than 20-25 minutes, it is convenient to walk in the area, the room has all the amenities from the air conditioning, etc., in general, we are 100% satisfied with the accommodation

We had a great stay enjoyer every moment , yalana the dog is so cute made our day seeng her everyday. Location was close to a local motorbike rental Chang’s which we can also recommend. Thanks for sharing your home

Beautiful place, lots of room, big balcony -- and two pools, one overlooking the sea. Internet was super fast, high water pressure. Big couch and bed, both very comfortable. The room is better than the photos, I thought. The condo is on a steep hill, but I was the only person to walk -- most people there used motorbike or car. The staff is also very friendly ... walkable to the beautiful beach. Great location. I enjoyed my stay. :) Thanks again 🙏

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – peaceful and away from the nightlife, but still close to everything we needed. The place was clean, convenient, and had a comfy sofa bed for an extra guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing spot near the city!

Paul is a great host. He is incredibly attentive and makes sure you have what you need! The space is located in a great location right near Kata beach and pretty comfortable. I didn’t cook in the space but the kitchen had most things. I would stick to very simple meals as it wasn’t elaborately stocked with all utensils etc. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building where you can get breakfast and they have daily specials for dinner.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Having visited Phuket before, this was the first time a property truly exceeded our expectations. When we return, we’ll definitely be staying here again. The stunning sea views made for such a calm and serene escape and we were thrilled to have chosen Pawel’s property. It offered the perfect balance in Patong yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pawel was incredibly communicative with clear instructions, and the caretakers were so welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

It was a lovely place to stay, and only a 5 minute walk to great restaurants and stores, and about 9 minutes to the wonderful night markets and the beach. It's close to everything you need, while still being quiet and relaxing. There is also a wonderful street food restaurant across the street that I ate at every day. Perfect location really, and a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was great—close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.
