We had a very nice weekend. Everything was very clear, from check-in to amenities. The latter was phenomenal and perfectly suited to a group trip. The landscape and the half-timbered style of the surrounding villages and the house itself were absolutely idyllic and at the nearby Edertalsperre you could do something.

House was nice and private - were warmly received with homemade jam. The property is perfectly located to visit Vellmar and Kassel. Bathroom was new and sparkling clean and soft towels were also provided. The whole house was decorated with fresh tulips from our own garden. Kitchen was super equipped (unfortunately we did not find any cutting boards). The Wi-Fi was a bit sporadic but otherwise everything was great :)

Great stay - would recommend and would stay again! Plenty of space for a family and good amenities!

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. Check-in worked wonderfully, communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

Apartment is small, but very nice and has everything you need. The equipment is new and modern. Due to the location on a mountain, you have a beautiful view from the front door. The hostess was very accommodating, flexible and we felt welcome immediately. All in all a great weekend - we would come back any time.

Very nice, lovingly designed apartment in a central location with everything you need. Katharina was very nice and flexible. Everything was super pleasant for us. Within walking distance, there was a really delicious ice cream parlor with really creative ice cream cups. In the evening, we sat at the Greek's in the garden or at the church festival. Very nice people everywhere we went. In between, enchanting half-timbered houses with creative gardens. The district seemed somehow very "loved" and wonderfully mixed. A good place to be!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This was very well equipped and very centrally located. From here we were quickly in the city, both on foot and by public transport. You can get to the meadow, the vineyard and the important museums very quickly. There were also nightlife, restaurants and supermarkets. The contact with Frank and Alexandra was straightforward and very pleasant. We'll be very happy to come back!

Great apartment with a good location in Kassel. The city center and the train station, as well as various tram stations, are easily accessible on foot. We were there with friends and a toddler. There are even some toys for children. The hosts were super nice and respond quickly. Tiny drawback: unfortunately, you can't really darken a bedroom well for the night.

Beautifully furnished old apartment with many loving details. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green garden – perfect for relaxing.

Communication with Andrea and Jürgen was warm and straightforward. The place is a dream - very clean, practical and tastefully decorated. From the accommodation, all the destinations we wanted to reach were easily accessible. In the small outdoor area right in front of the apartment, we could spend the warm evening and have breakfast in the morning. Andrea and Jürgen's dogs are well behaved, come by out of curiosity from time to time, but are in no way intrusive. We had wonderful days and will certainly come back when we have the chance.

The place has a lot of charm and we felt right at home. Regina is super friendly and also gives great tips for day trips, we will be happy to come back!

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The playground right next to the house was particularly liked by the children and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

Cozy accommodation in the countryside with great walking opportunities right outside the front door, which is also very easy to reach for train travelers. I was there for a long weekend with my child to visit relatives in the nearby Habichtswald clinic and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. Especially the amenities for toddlers including toys were very great. The communication with Anna was very warm and she responded promptly to inquiries.

We are a family of three with a child, and Anton allowed us to stay. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. It was small, but clean and comfortable. Tram station and mart are a 2-minute walk. We could go anywhere, and we were happy walking in the big park in front of the house every day. Anton was so kind and responded quickly to our needs and resolved them. It was fun to hear the laughter of the children from the school in front of the house every morning:) Thanks to you, I'm leaving Kassel with only good memories. I recommend this accommodation to anyone:)

Fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable in a quiet location. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Naly is a very nice host. The apartment is in a good location: close to the park, tram stops and shops. Inside, everything you need: fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, silverware, etc. An additional advantage is parking in the backyard. I recommend!
