Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/biking trails start right by the house. There is a great covered barbecue with fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

In the living room, there is a sofa (convertible), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a half bath. The bedroom is accessed via a ladder. A large bed (180 x 200) and a standard bed (90 x 200) are provided, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the house, there is a construction site. You can only find us through Airbnb. Wake up with a view of Lake Edersee. Enjoy the sunset from your own terrace – at the absolute first sea line on the Scheid Peninsula. Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. The bathroom is brand new and the house was renovated in May 2020. ATTENTION: Look at the photo of the stairs in the house.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Our house is idyllic located in Bad Wilhelmshöhe in walking distance to the Bergpark/UNESCO world heritage. Convenient for visitors of Vitos or Habichtswald clinics, too. Only 15-20 min. by tram/bus away from the city centre, 3 min. from ICE railway station. Two rooms for 1-3 people: 1 small double bed (140x200 cm), 1 sofa bed (160x200cm), private bath with shower/WC, TV, water kettle, mini fridge. No kitchen! Private terrace in the backyard.
