The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. No pets allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.

Individual self-built tiny house with lots of loving details. The house, about 12 sqm, is in our beautiful garden. Behind it a small walled patio. A private bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the basement of our house. The room height is suitable for people up to a maximum of 1.90 m. There is an emergency toilet house for the night. We have neighbors around us, so we see the house as an oasis of peace, and that's the mood that the place likes and you certainly do too

The apartment is approx. 9 minutes walk from Wilhelmshöhe train station and 6 minutes walk from the Stadthalle conference and congress center and is next to the Aschrott Park The apartment can accommodate 2 people. One other person can sleep on a sofa bed. The apartment was newly built in a listed building (2 parties). Parking is sufficiently available on the street.
