This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. "J studio Oarai" is located on the sea in the northern part of Kashida City, Ibaraki Prefecture, next to Oarai Town, and you can see the vast horizon of the Pacific Ocean from the large windows in the living room and the rooftop terrace. On sunny days, the sunset and morning sun reflect on the sea, and it looks like the road is connected to the accommodation, which is very beautiful. Designed by our family who loves exercise and travel We created a fusion of "travel and retreat" in a place with a view of the sea. We created a private studio surrounded by the sea by narrowing the living space to allow for aerial yoga, pilates, dance, stretching, hammocks, and light weight training, and allocating space for movement and retreat, so that you can refresh your body and mind.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is about a 15-minute drive to the pottery town of Kasama. There is also a golf course nearby. Also, the highway ETC exit is close, making it easy to access Oarai and Ajiro. Hitachinaka Beach Park is about a 40-minute drive away. It is also an easy route to get to rock festivals. This is an entire place on the shore of a lake with a large garden on the banks of Otsuka Ichi, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki sightseeing.Designed as an architect's home, it's a great view upstairs when you go up the stairs to the entrance. The dining kitchen and the 15 tatami mat living room connected to the bedroom are also great for spacious parties. We have also completed our new room "Kado" from the spring of 2024! You can enjoy the garden, Otsuka Pond, and have a semi-double bed.(Use fee 7,000 yen or more for 10 people or free of charge) There is also a BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please use the garden too! Access to downtown Mito is also good.
