Fire pit & BBQ (with roof) A relaxing space that feels like an overseas beach resort

We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

On sunny days, the sunset and morning sun reflect on the sea, and it looks like the road is connected to the accommodation, which is very beautiful. Designed by our family who loves exercise and travel We created a fusion of "travel and retreat" in a place with a view of the sea. We created a private studio surrounded by the sea by narrowing the living space to allow for aerial yoga, pilates, dance, stretching, hammocks, and light weight training, and allocating space for movement and retreat, so that you can refresh your body and mind.

HOTORI (Hotori) A private inn with an excellent view of Lake Otsuka, Mito City, formerly "Guest House Lagnarock"

This is an entire place on the shore of a lake with a large garden on the banks of Otsuka Ichi, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki sightseeing.Designed as an architect's home, it's a great view upstairs when you go up the stairs to the entrance. The dining kitchen and the 15 tatami mat living room connected to the bedroom are also great for spacious parties. We have also completed our new room "Kado" from the spring of 2024! You can enjoy the garden, Otsuka Pond, and have a semi-double bed.(Use fee 7,000 yen or more for 10 people or free of charge) There is also a BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please use the garden too! Access to downtown Mito is also good.

Please use it as a base for various activities such as concerts at the nearby Guitar Culture Museum, bus fishing at Kasumigaura, golf, sky sports, sightseeing orchard tours, Mt. Tsukuba climbing, and trail running. BBQ tools are available for rent separately for 5,500 yen. Children of elementary school age and older and preschool children who require a futon will be charged at the adult rate. *Preschool children may sleep with their parents for free. Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
