Great place to stay near Asakusa for a large family. Highly recommend!

Yukio was a great host during our stay. He was patient with us even if our Japanese was bad. He was helpful with what happened when our daughter got sick. All throughout our stay recommended us to great places nearby. The place is authentic and spacious. If stairs are not a challenge for you, the place is a perfect spot. It has all the basic things you need. The place is located in a nice community. It has a nice Japanese rural vibes but still part of the city, where local stores are just below you, convenience store and authentic food restaurants are just across the street. It may be far from the bustling city center but it is still connected with a 1-3 minute walk to bus stops and 20+min walk to tsurukawa station(if you don’t like riding the bus to get to the train station). Overall great host and a wonderful place.

It's really hard to find such a spacious place in Japan. The accommodation was exactly as pictured, and if you stayed for more than 3 days, you could use the washing machine! The host was also kind, so I had a good rest at an affordable price. However, it was a little far from Shizuoka Station, so it was a little difficult to go back and forth several times, but it was a quiet neighborhood, so I slept well, and there was a small park right nearby, and there was a ramen restaurant with a lot of ramen restaurants ~!

Apartment is super clean and new. It’s quite spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. Really loved it to stay there. The little village is small, so you can walk everywhere and it’s really a lovely place. The sleeping room is super quite. Absolutely recommend it.

It's enough for three people, the location is great, it's just a few minutes walk from Sensoji Temple, and there are many convenience stores nearby.Three girls can stay, the bedroom door has a lock.

Naoko-san was an absolutely phenomenal host. Always responded to questions promptly and helpfully. Gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activites, and even offered helpful tips on navigating around the nearby station. It is a ways outside the city of Tokyo , and felt like an excellent respite from the hustle, bustle, and commotion while we explored the city for our first time The apartment itself is cozy and organized perfectly to maximize the space and keep it from ever feeling cramped This was the best experience either I or my guests have ever had with an airbnb, and has become an absolute must to come back the next time we come back to Japan

We like the place since the bus stop is just in front. Shinjuku station is one bus and lots of areas accessible. Mostly locals around the area, less tourists.

Junko was a great host. She was able to accommodate my check in needs and always responded promptly. The Airbnb was spacious and just as described. There were snacks on arrival and the location was walkable to convenience stores. Would highly recommend staying here.

My favorite stay over all by far, great location. Friendly host, anyone complaining saying the place has bugs is lying, it’s on a mountain side, the bugs are everywhere outside during summer time, which is understandable. Place was spotless when we arrived. Thank you.

This place was very clean, had all the amenities, and very comfortable. The hosts were great! They were very responsive and always responded quickly! They were extremely accommodating and let us drop off our luggage before check-in. The location was ideal. Very central to everything! I would highly recommend this place!

Great location! Very close to Okubo station and shin okubo station! Many restaurants nearby and easy to walk to. My kids enjoyed having access to Netflix for nights we stayed in! Lots of space and rooms to relax after a full day of walking.

We had a great time staying here! The apartment was as described and was the perfect haven away from crazy central Tokyo. Koenji is such a nice spot, great vintage shopping and some nice coffee cafes. It’s also only a couple stops away from Shinjuku and Shibuya, making it the perfect location to stay when visiting Tokyo. We would recommend!

Worth the money. Beds were very comfortable, AC was great with humidity adjustment, and bathroom was super clean. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place is little bit of walk from the station but it directly connects to the green line that goes to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, so it's still convenient! 10/10 Will stay again

Lin’s place was well situated, close to many restaurants and walkable to many areas of interests. Very short walk to two train lines at Shin-Okubo and Okubo. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the space and very nice for a family of 4. The area is very safe and we stayed out till late multiple times without any concern. The apartment is on three floors with no elevators for those that may have some challenges with climbing. Can’t recommend enough.

The house was perfect. It met our expectations. Everything was very clean and the beds were cozy. For a smaller group, this house was perfect!

The stay was great in a great location. I stayed 6 weeks, it’s near shopping and groceries. Didn’t have to do much traveling. The nearest train station isn’t that far away. Good scenery and nice neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Host is very communicative. Has good information.
