No stairs to tackle. it has a front and back patio. parking for 15 cars or more if needed. Sits on 7 acres. can do a little bit of fishing in the creek, relaxing in the hammock, or take care of business in the office whatever you need I'm sure I can accommodate this home is clean spacious and has that down home feel

Adorable house is just a short drive or walk from the best Kansas City destinations. 4 minute drive to downtown, 8 minute drive to plaza, and only 10 minute drive to Arrowhead and Royals Stadiums! Enjoy the large covered porch, fenced in back yard, and stylish surroundings. Bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. Private parking is within the back gate of the house!

Welcome to the lake retreat in the heart of the city! Waking up to the sunrise on the water & watching the geese roam about is quite the morning delight. Spend your afternoon fishing off the dock or watching football on the patio which has a 65in outdoor tv, corn hole, & a smoker! Visit KC during the day & wind down at night with a cozy fire by the lake! **No kayaking or swimming is permitted. Guests are only allowed to access the lake via our private dock.

Relax with the whole family or by yourself at this peaceful newly renovated stay. We have new beautiful vinyl flooring, new carpets, new beds, kitchen appliances. Our master bed room has an in suite private bath, whiles our other room has an adjacent bath with in suite laundry units. These rooms each have walk in closets and dresser . We have a smart tv in the living room with streaming services ( like prime and Netflix) and live local tv channels

The Farmhouse In a Quiet Location Near the Metro

Hidden up a long private driveway is a quiet place we call The Farmhouse. This completely remodeled home has a foundation that dates back to before the Civil War. In addition to being quiet and secluded, we are less than 10 minutes from shopping and many restaurants and less than 30 minutes from Downtown The Farmhouse is one of three available properties at Mike's Folly, a privately held working FFA farm. Pets allowed with fee.
