Cats sometimes come to the garden, 7-minute walk to the sea, sauna available, small, traditional, rural house by the sea where you can enjoy Japanese culture, sleeps 5 people

We renovated an old house that my grandmother used to live in, as much as we could by ourselves. Kujukuri Beach, which spreads out as soon as you walk, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and spent time together for many years. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed optical Wi-Fi and a sauna, it's a space where families, couples, and friends can relax. One of the charming things about this house is that cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. Yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used at the beach, carts, 2 bicycles, sand sets and toys for children, chairs, auxiliary toilets, picture books, hanging tents, etc., we have facilities that will delight small children. Please let me know if you need any assistance with long-term stays. We also offer special discounts for workations. It's dimly lit, so you can sleep very well.It may not be a job. We hope you have a peaceful time in the midst of nature.

Tateyama/1 group per day/Yumenoyado

I turned the detached house next to the main house into a small guest house. This is a simple inn with a little bit of a Showa-era feel, limited to one group. From the second person, it is 4,500 yen. Please feel free to use it with friends or alone. There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so unfortunately it is difficult for those who do not like animals to use it. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow path that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, if you don't like insects, it will be difficult to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ inn.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping. It is a little inconvenient, but it is a quiet environment. Please feel free to use it as if you were in a small villa. ☆Barbecue utensils are available for rent for 2,000 yen. Please clean up by 10 pm and enter the room. * Food ingredients are not included in the price.

Welcome to Tona, a private rental in Katsuura! I have renovated a luxury villa nearly 40 years ago.Great location and great views. It is a spacious house that I would like to live in on my own. It is a 5-minute walk from Katsuura Station to the inn. It is a 3-minute drive to the sea and supermarkets. Convenience stores and shopping districts are also within walking distance. Located on a high ground in the port town, the living room has a refreshing breeze from the sea. Super spacious about 60 square meters with a connected kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom.Even 10 people can stay comfortably. One of my boasts is a large bath. There aren't many baths with a view of the sea and the city, are there?Enjoy the feeling of being in the air. It is also a good idea to go up to the rooftop and have a luxurious time while looking at the stars. Each bedroom has more than 7.5 tatami mats (13.5m2) so you can relax. The second floor has an ocean view of all rooms! If you like it, please "Add to favorites"

It is a quiet residential area, so only those who follow the house rules can use it. There are many things that are dangerous for children, so we do not allow children under 13 years old, including infants. Grandma's House

Imagine a slower, simpler, more serene place and time. A place set between emerald green rice fields and an endless sandy beach. An unhurried time of the past, when family and friends sat, talked, ate and drank on traditional tatami, or under the stars, with the faint sound of waves crashing rhythmically in the background. This is what you’ll find at Grandma’s House, a tastefully preserved mid-twentieth century cottage five minutes on foot from Toyoumi Beach in Kujukuri town.
