This lovely gem is located in popular cottage area, close to Ebeltoft. On the great natural plot, there is peace and quiet with bird whistle, wildlife and high to the sky. The cottage contains a new kitchen and new floors. Lovely conservatory overlooking the large garden. Large bedroom and a small room with bunk bed and bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. Wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as electric radiators. On the grounds there is also an annex with two sleeping places. In the annex there is an electric radiator.

Take a break and enjoy the tranquility of scenic surroundings close to Gudenåen. The house oozes simplicity and relaxation, and is right for you, who weigh more than luxury. The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a man and a half bed. The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Cozy A house by Sminge lake with sauna.

Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
