The house: Lovely living room, furnished with wood-burning stove, chromecast TV and nice dining area. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) 2 single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. Outside: Large lovely garden, several terraces, as well as easy parking. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED AFTER STAYS WITH 3.95 KR/kWH

Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity is DKK 3.79 per kWh. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

New private cottage from 2018 with a great view and location that we rent out if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is located really nicely on the grounds with a fantastic lovely view out over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
