The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Djursland is a natural pearl, and if you want to experience Aarhus and Ebeltoft, they are only 25 km away. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and for children and playful souls with, among other things, Mols Bjerge, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park nearby. Close to forest and beach. There is a terrace and fireplace, so the quiet evenings with stars in the sky can be enjoyed. There are two box mattresses in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Beautiful sea views over the bay and fields as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og stor udsyn. Her er stille og rolig omgivelser med skov og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften ved 🔥bålet. New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
