It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge-freezer - all overlooking the garden. There is parking in the courtyard around a large old linden tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
