Glass kingdom (30 min) and Öland (15 min) by car. Single bed in living room, double bed in bedroom. All equipment is available such as coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, hair dryer in the bathroom. The apartment is spacious which has been appreciated by previous guests. The guest cleans out the apartment when moving out. Check in via us or via key safe.

Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. I had a lovely time at the apartment and Magnus was incredibly friendly and a great host. If you don't mind walking into town this accomodation is incredible, and even if you don't Magnus provides bikes for easy travel . definitely recommend this Airbnb if staying in Karlskrona

Very nice and accommodating host who responds quickly and helpfully to questions. The small apartment is cozy and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. The soft bed was much appreciated by half the company, the second half would have wanted a slightly firmer mattress. Nice that we had the opportunity to borrow bikes, however, we chose to walk to the city center and it took no more than a quarter of it either. We recommend this home!

Cozy apartment with everything you need to stay a couple of days (or longer). The apartment is in a quiet and nice residential area with nice walking paths and is close to public transport and the city center. Viktor was nice and responded quickly. We can definitely imagine returning!

Clean, fresh, well-equipped kitchen. We felt at home. Parking on the street outside. Next to the sea view between the trees. Close to the sea, swimming, castle and walking distance to the city center. We highly recommend this nice apartment.

Lovely, clean and peaceful apartment. Warm atmosphere of an old house, beautifully decorated place. We got good instructions for staying and there were shops nearby and a lovely bakery where you could get something to eat. Kalmar Castle was a short walk away. We are really happy with our visit!

Ironman Kalmar 2025

The location of Robert’s place is perfect for anyone who love to enjoy Kalmar city. Just walkable distance to many coffees shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I booked the place to stay for an IRONMAN Kalmar event and it’s only 5 min walk to the race event. For the host, Robert was very helpful and friendly. He gave a clear instructions about the accommodation and also recommended us about the IRONMAN event which was very helpful to me. The place is spacious and has lots of toy for a family traveling with kids. It was very good stay and I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay in Kalmar.
