Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Great place. The floors are a bit wonky and the master bedroom is accessed through the bathroom, but that's alright, no problem at all. Comfortable walking distance from VIC. Delicious Indian restaurant across the street, highly recommend.

Ich habe das Apartment am gleichen Abend gebucht und trotz der kurzen Vorbereitungszeit hat sich der Vermieter viel Mühe gegeben, um das Apartment so schnell wie möglich vorzubereiten. Trinkgeld wollte er dafür keines annehmen - er hat seinerseits sogar noch eine Kleinigkeit für mich in der Wohnung hingelegt. Auch die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles in allem wirklich sehr zufriedenstellend, die Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Mühe!

Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht um ein Fußballspiel in Wien anzuschauen, die Lage war dafür perfekt das Stadion war nur in 7 min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war ebenfalls sehr freundlich :)

Wat werd ik gastvrij ontvangen na een lange treinreis. Je woont echt bij hen in huis en ik voelde me op mijn gemak. Omdat je boven slaapt en beneden toilet en badkamer gebruikt kom je elkaar tegen in hun woongedeeltes maar dit voelde heel comfortabel. Het bed is ruim en heel goed. Badkamer voor eigen gebruik is keurig en ruim. Zeker een aanrader voor als je net buiten de drukte van Wenen stad wilt verblijven. Metro doet er maximaal een half uur over naar Stephansplatz.
