Fantastic view, best location

VIENNA DREAM VIEW 22 APARTMENT Modern 65 m² apartment incl. Loggia in Vienna's most sought-after and modern residential area, between the Danube, DC Tower and UNO City. The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the U-Bahn [subway] and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastronomy on site (bakery, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 Restaurant + Lounge"). A parking garage is available in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Nuce and cosy apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to the Danube, where you can even go swimming (!), and two metro stations are easily accessible, allowing you to reach the city centre quickly. Everything worked out wonderfully and is highly recommended!

An accommodation with everything you need. First of all, you need to read the instructions for entering the house carefully. You receive the necessary information the day before you go to the accommodation. If you do this, you can easily check in. The house has everything you might need for a stay. Everywhere was well cleaned. The location of the house is a few metro stations away from the tourist area but it is really easy to reach by metro. After leaving the house you can take the metro to the most central part of the city within 20 minutes. There are nice grocery stores opposite the house and a good bakery a little further away. In addition, the house was very quiet. Note: There was a bit (really a bit) of an ant problem because the house is on the ground floor. It did not bother us. We would like to stay again. Great performance for the price.
