Wanderungen und Radtouren in die umliegenden Berge können direkt von der Haustüre aus gestartet werden. Ein Freibad befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Winter sind innerhalb von ca. 20-40 min. mehrere Ski- und Rodelgebiete zu erreichen. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Rosenheim und Kufstein und kann über die Autobahn erreicht werden. München und Salzburg sind in ca. 1 Std. zu erreichen.
