The guest house located at an elevation of about 2500ft in Rokko area of Seto Inland Sea National Park. Unfortunately, there is no veiw from the guest house, but you can enjoy the private space as it is reserved for one building. Mount Rokkō is cooler (about -40°Ｆ) than the city because of the altitude. English speaking staff will be available for foreigner guests. If you have any questions, please contact us. BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. 創業は1957年、祖父「田内栄一」が和歌山県田辺市の文化発展のため「愛和荘」という旅館を営んでいました。その歴史と伝統を守り続けるため、孫である「喜重子」が2021年に屋号を復活しオープン致しました。 上野山城跡に建つ当宿は、床の間がある純日本家屋です。和室２室でゆっくりお過ごしください。田辺市街を一望できる高台に宿がございますので、朝は朝日を、夕方は夕焼けを、夜は夜景をお楽しみ頂けます。風が穏やかな日は桂離宮の月見台をイメージして作った檜のウッドデッキの上で、縁側の藤の椅子にかけてティータイムもオススメです。 この度新設したお風呂、トイレはバリアフリーで広さを取ってありますので、一緒に入浴したり、介助が必要な方でも楽にお使い頂けます。 和室の１室にpopin.aladdin(プロジェクタ付照明）を設置しました。襖に投影し テレビや音楽、映画などをご覧頂けます。朝お出かけの前にyoutubeでBGMなどをお楽しみください。 宿の隣に両親、田内喜三、淑子（日本人）が住んでおりますので、何かありましたらいつでもお声掛けください。

Koyasan Pilgrimage route／villa

Japan's tiny home in Koyaguchi offers two guest rooms, ideal for up to 4 guests, with a minimum of one group per day. An extra fee applies from the second person. Accessible via JR station with a Japan Rail Pass, it features a kitchen for self-catering and indoor bicycle storage. It’s an 8-minute drive to Natural Onsen Yunosato and a 6-minute walk to Koyaguchinoyu public bathhouse. Directions to Yunosato and to Koyaguchinoyu are available in the guidebook.
