Sakura Entire 63㎡ villa-style condo Seaview Holiday Home with the Most Beautiful Sunset Over the Pacific Ocean

“SAKURA” is a front-line sea view villa-style condo, right next to the sea and the Sea View Tower, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset views over the Pacific Ocean in private. The homestay is located in the core area of Shirahama Scenic Area, so it is convenient to get around and can be reached on foot.Only 3 minutes on foot from the bus stop and the braai noodle shop; Senjojiki and Sandanbeki are 11-15 minutes on foot; Family mart and white beach are 9-13 minutes on foot; the market is 7 minutes by car, 13 minutes by bus. The guest house is fully equipped, safe, and quiet. From the balcony and bathtub, you can enjoy an unobstructed sea view and witness the most beautiful sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. It is especially suitable for unwinding and daydreaming... The condominium park area is closed management and there are wide meadows for children and pets to run, play, camp. Our room is on the first floor. In Shirahama, temperatures never drop below zero throughout the year, and there are many insects. Cockroaches have wings and can fly into the room. Please be sure to close the window screens when opening doors and windows on a daily basis to prevent insects from entering. Make your family enjoy the convenience of staying close to everything in this main landscape, such as the Shirahama Sea Prospect Tower and more. Because this is a sulfur hot spring area, all metal-plated surfaces, such as faucets, will corrode and turn black, and the areas where the water from the hot spring faucet comes into contact with the bathtub will also corrode and turn black. The hot spring equipment is being replaced and is temporarily out of service; the bathing facilities are operating normally.

A former inn located on a hill with the remains of an old castle in Wakayama, Shirahama, and Kumano Kodo. Up to 5 people. Toilet, spacious barrier-free bath

Founded in 1957, my grandfather, Eiichi Tanuchi, ran an inn called Aiwasho for the cultural development of Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture. In order to continue to protect its history and traditions, his granddaughter, Kiushuko, reopened the inn under its original name in 2021. Built on the site of Ueno Castle, this inn is a traditional Japanese house with tatami mats on the floor. Please relax in one of the two Japanese-style rooms. The inn is located on a hill overlooking the city of Tanabe, so you can enjoy the morning sun, sunset, and night view. On a calm day, we recommend having tea in a wicker chair on the edge of the hinoki cypress wooden deck, which was made in the image of the moon viewing platform of the Katsura Imperial Villa. The newly installed bath and toilet are spacious and barrier-free, so you can bathe together or use them easily even if you need assistance. We installed popin.aladdin (lighting with projector) in one of the Japanese-style rooms. It projects on the sliding doors You can watch TV, music, movies, etc. Enjoy BGM on YouTube before you go out in the morning. My parents, Kisaku and Shuko Tanai (Japanese), live next to the house, so please let me know if you need anything.
