We offer accommodation in connection with our cottage on the beautiful shores of Lake Kemijärvi. The price of the accommodation includes the use of a sleeping barn, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. The log cabin has beds for two. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The hosts take care of the drinking water in the kitchen. Fireplace. Washing in the sauna, the use of the sauna is agreed with the hosts. The hosts use the other buildings on the premises.

Charming luxury cottage for four on the Finnish fell

A winter-inhabitable cottage built completely new in a traditional log cabin frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed while watching the fireplace. The small kitchen is well equipped. The wonderful sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, approx. 145 km from Rovaniemi airport. In addition to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, the area has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and hiking, even in the summer. The hotel rents skis and organizes excursions.

Willa Merilä

The entire cottage and courtyard are available to guests. There is space for a car in the yard, I recommend renting a car, the driving time is only an hour from the center of Rovaniemi. The cottage is located in a beautiful place by the river. Forest and nature are within walking distance and there is a public campfire place nearby where you can go and fry sausages and enjoy the campfire. In winter, you can look at the stars in the sky and search for the northern lights from the large windows of the cottage. The cottage has a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Washing machine and dryer also available. Outdoor sauna also available. Distance from the town about 35 km. Very good opportunities for snowmobiling and ice fishing. Hunting on state land (Permitted). Netflix available. Tap water is good and drinkable.

Kentura Guesthouse | Local | Authentic

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.

Atmospheric house on the shore of Kemijoki

On the scenic Kemijoki riverbank, about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

Koppelo

No public transport! Car is essential!Two log cabins with electric heating and wood heating. The kitchenette has a refrigerator and two hotplates. The loft can sleep a couple of people. The sauna is great. No running water. Washing water is carried from a well or lake and heated in the sauna's water heater. There is no public transport in the area.
