Apartment vacation rentals in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

What a great location and apartment. Right in the middle between the Marina and Beach this place was the perfect fit for everything we needed. The furnishings were all perfect and we felt right at home. Internet was great and everything worked in the house. We highly recommend

Had an amazing stay, the apartment is in such a convenient place, with just a short walk to JBR and the Marina area. Loads of convenient shops around. Besides this, the apartment itself was so clean and the vibe was amazing. Not to mention the amazing view… pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be coming again and hoping this apartment is available at that time :).

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

The apartment is in great location with easy access to everything, mini supermarket (open till late) and pharmacy are in the building which is,super handy, other supermarkets and restaurants with 5 mins walk, the metro and tram stations also about 5 min walk, the beach is 10 min walk. Nearest shopping mall within 7 mins walk. Lovely view of the marine from the balcony. The place was very clean, it had everything we needed for a short stay. Sebastian sent us clear instructions for check in so all went smoothly. Our kids loved the swimming pool, it was clean, not busy and the water was warm. Would definitely be happy to come back. Absolutely beautiful place in such a great location. Tons of restaurants, metro was a 5min walk away and JBR Beach was a 10min scooter ride. The view was amazing and the apartment was very clean. Full pool and gym. The place was great and Milad was incredible accommodating. I’m not exaggerating. This place and host were truly great.

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the first moment, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find a place where cleanliness is so evident and constant. The property is beautiful, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it's a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised amenities were present and fully functional: from the fast WiFi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioner to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. You can clearly see the care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience.

I had a fabulous stay at Sarah’s spacious 2-bedroom apartment in JBR. The apartment itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit-including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and super comfortable beds with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The living area was bright and airy, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which offered lovely partial views of the marina. The location is amazing - just a short stroll from the building are the beautiful white sands of the JBR beach, where you can rent loungers, enjoy water sports, or simply soak up the sun. The area is vibrant and bustling, with a huge range of restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities, shopping options, and even outdoor gyms and yoga classes right along the beachfront.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The full marina view from the balcony is absolutely stunning—especially in the evening when the lights reflect off the water. The location is perfect close to everything! Super convenient to get around Dubai. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Rachid was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I loved this Place Everything in the unit was just like the picture and the description . The location is excellent ( very near to the beach ) The unit was fully equipped and had everything I needed, as well it was super cozy The host Amr was super responsive and friendly. I really enjoyed staying and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

It’s one of my best apartments in Dubai, everything about it was perfect and it looks like the photos and it has literally everything you need, the location was great with lot of activities and restaurants nearby.
