Everything was exactly as described, a very comfortable stay with all amenities and the best restaurants within 2 mins walk. The swimming pool was a welcome break from the heat

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only the corridor needs an additional long thin carpet, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Our stay at Andaz was exceptional, we had the most beautiful time. The location is perfect for seeing Dubai, while being located on the breathtaking palm, the nakheel mall also being a short walk away was very convenient. The air b&b was so spacious and clean, with the housekeeping checking on us regularly if we desired. The location again is perfect, with the private beach for all the hotel guests, was so relaxing. Will definitely be returning.

Staying in this apartment for four days has been such a lovely experience! It’s clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming it truly felt like a home away from home. I’m going to miss this place!

Great place to stay, there are all the amenities listed in the description. I enjoyed coffee and tea on the balcony with a luxurious view. Also Jumeirah beach is only 7-10 min on foot. A large area around the hotel and had all the amenities at hand. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro. Overall, I was completely satisfied with everything!

Great host, apartment was very clean. We had an issue with the Aircon, but host was very responsive and got it resolved quickly. Helpful and friendly, highly recommend Rim!

Easy communication, flexible check in/out, assistance with luggage storage. Huge apartment with stunning marina views from all panoramic windows, side sea view from balcony and one bedroom. Fully equipped - TVs in every room, two coffee machines, juice press, etc. Beach is very close - just do not use Google maps route, use Google map and common sense. Highly recommended.

The apartment is huge, beautiful, and features a dreamy balcony. From there, you can enjoy the sunset and dine comfortably outdoors. The kitchen is excellently equipped, with everything you need for everyday cooking—perfect for families as well. Three beautiful, modern bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds ensure comfort. The view is breathtaking from every single bedroom, the living room, and the balcony. The open design is brand new and modern, it smells pleasant, and you feel at ease. As soon as you enter this apartment, you feel at home and never want to leave.
