You have everything you need for a wonderful stay in Dubai. The pool is amazing and the view from the balcony is also beautiful. I strongly recommend it to everybody.

The apartment is amazing and much bigger than the photos, all what you need is there inside the apartment, the view from the balcony is fantastic the place is very clean with high level security the host Mr. Waseem is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly, the location is great & very near to JBR. if you are looking for a place that feels like home i advise you to book this place

The apartment in JBR Dubai was modern, spacious, and offered stunning views of the JBR beach. Its central location made it easy to access restaurants, shops, and public transport. And amazing host with clear communication and clarity. Thanks Anna

locatie, locatie locatie! top plek aan west palm beach met top restaurants en beachclubs. zwembad op het dak is leuk maar druk en wat rommelig. dit is geen probleem door alle mogelijkheden op loop afstand! het is een aanrader.

Our stay at Vadim's apartment was wonderful. We particularly valued the comfortable seating options and the meticulous attention to detail throughout. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the generous supply of towels was a welcome, often overlooked, convenience. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to stay again.

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce Airbnb, tellement que je l'ai prolongé à deux reprises. Le mot à couper le souffle pour parler de la vue est vraiment approprié car la vue est incroyable, tout comme l'immeuble, les communs, TOUT. GuestReady est au top, on peut les joindre à n'importe quel moment ils sont très réactifs. Je recommande à 100%.

Wonderul soacious apartment exavtly as per pictures. 5 bedroom is muck smaller then other eith no window.. so ı would call it a 4.5 bedroom, all other were great soace and comfort with ensuites and lorts of wardrobes .. huge living room with fantastic view

Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

Had an amazing stay, the apartment is in such a convenient place, with just a short walk to JBR and the Marina area. Loads of convenient shops around. Besides this, the apartment itself was so clean and the vibe was amazing. Not to mention the amazing view… pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be coming again and hoping this apartment is available at that time :).

Wir hatten das Appartment als 5 Köpfige Familie gebucht. Unsere Vorstellung wurde übertroffen. Die Lage des Appartement ist perfekt. Direkt am Yachthafen gibt es einige schöne Locations zum Essen und auch der Lebensmittelmarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß sind es 5 min zur Metro. Von hier kann man einfach und günstig zum Burj Khalifa und zur dazugehörigen Mall fahren. Der Infinity Pool ist ein Traum. Das Wasser ist angenehm kühl, hier kann man ebenfalls günstig essen und trinken. Pizza Margarita 13€ und Bier 3€. Die Kinder haben auf der Ausziehbaren Coach geschlafen und die Eltern im Kingsize Bett. Für unseren kleinsten 9 Monate hatten wir Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte schnell und präzise auch ein früheres Einchecken war möglich, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle 🙏🏼. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, als ob es unser eigenes Zuhause wäre. Wir wollten auch garnicht mehr gehen. Wir waren zuvor in einem anderen Apartment, hatten also den Vergleich. DANKE

My stay was truly magical, the apartment was everything I expected + more. Truly a tranquil yet uplifting environment. I can really see the time and attention to detail that’s gone into this master piece of an apartment. I will certainly be staying again!

Osama was really helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, was very quick in response timing, ensured that everything had been running smoothly! Highly recommend & definitely do not hesitate to book here! Perfect location as well as it’s a max 7/8 minute walk from Dubai Mall so very convenient for the location! Will definitely be staying here again upon my future returns to Dubai🙌🏽

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. It’s one of my best apartments in Dubai, everything about it was perfect and it looks like the photos and it has literally everything you need, the location was great with lot of activities and restaurants nearby. Beautiful apartment with stunning views, our stay was brilliant! The apartment was spacious, especially having a toddler who could play in the large living space so would definitely recomend for families. Gemstay was fast at responding and very welcoming. The building is on a higher floor however we had no issues waiting for the lifts even though we had a stroller. There are ample amounts of supermarkets and pharmacies around the building. Would definitely book again.
