Apartment vacation rentals in Dubai

The apartment was as advertised with great views of the Burj Khalifa and a 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The place is very clean, modern and is in a great downtown location. Nimisha and Reynard were very proactive with their communication and had some nice touches to make our stay a nice one. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here and highly recommend this place!

Good and friendly Personal in building, Dubai mall 20min by feet, 6min by e-scooter away. you have a parking lot for your car and in kitchen was as it described. Pooluse and Gym also for free.

Host is kind and responsive. His staff assisted us during check in, and even helped us with our luggage. Place was clean and had a luxurious feel, just like the pictures. The Hermes accessories, dining table set up and light fixtures were delightful! Furniture and appliances were well-maintained. The AC did not disappoint in the stifling June heat. Plenty of hot water. The teas and coffee were a very thoughtful amenity. Excellent location. Awesome view of Burj Khalifa and you can even see the Dubai Frame in the distance. If it wasn’t so hot we could’ve walked to the Dubai mall. Multiple parking spaces available, close to the entrance. So far the best Airbnb unit we’ve stayed in, and we will definitely be back!

The place was exactly as shown with wonderful downtown view. Walkable to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa as just mentioned in the details of the apartment description. We really loved and would like to stay and recommend to our family and friends. Omar is very quick in response. Subhan taken care of us well from checking in and helping us through out the stay. Again it was a pleasant stay and nothing short of Wow.

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

This apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina was everything it said it was. Its location could not have been better, close to all transport links, metro and tram, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach at JBR. The apartment itself was superb with all the facilities you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back here again soon. Thank you Naushad.

Yazeed is a proactive and promptly responsive host.. the place was as expected and included a working desk that was really helpful for finalizing my work I wasn’t expecting that but it came really handy. The place was tidy and clean linens and towels were provided. Will repeat! Thank you Yazeed

location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

My second stay at one of Joseph’s apartments, and it was super. This place is so central, and it felt like home. Very nicely furnished with the best view of the canal and burj. Will definitely be staying here again for a longer period.

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.
