Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
