We got a great place to stay for a lower price than we expected. The house was very comfortable and was in a clean, peaceful neighborhood. We had no problems at all with the accommodations. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely like to stay here!

Excellent house. Easy to walk to local coffee shops and several breweries and restaurants. Very modern, clean and stylish house. Plenty of space. Great lighting and so many great picture windows. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed it and will stay again. Thank you!!

A very cute and cozy house! Worked really well for our small family and dog. It was really nice that they had a pack n play and little booster chair.

We were only there one night but our family was very comfortable. Love the big living room!

Brett’s place is one of our favorite places to stay. It is a very comfortable little house with great spaces to walk dogs. Brett told me about a wonderful Iowa nature trail very close by. It was so peaceful and quiet and my dogs loved it! We always enjoy our stay and Brett is a wonderful, friendly, helpful host! We will definitely be back again! Jody's great. Really nice guy and he walked us around the entire place himself. His property is stunning with plenty of space. He even let us bring our dogs. The AC is strong and so is the internet. I brought my whole team out to work for the week. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful as well. It's a great space.

The apartment we rented from Midwest Hospitality was close to everything we needed in West Des Moines, it’s extremely spacious and was perfect for a long weekend with my family.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

Great place to stay when visiting Des Moines. Easy check-in process, clean place, and great views. I would recommend staying at Brandon’s place if you are visiting the area.

Great place! Helpful instructions provided regarding parking. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms with heated toilet sets, say less! Kitchen was perfect size and provided anything and everything you’d need. Would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious with 2 living room areas on the main floor and another living room/game room area downstairs. The home was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master bathroom is very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again!

We stopped in Van Meter on our trip to Colorado and had a lovely stay. Summer was very responsive and attentive and met all our needs. The house was clean and very welcoming. It's obviously well-cared for and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Her kitchen things were very organized and we loved the character of the house.
