Tämä saunallinen ja ilmastoitu asunto sijaitsee keskussairaalan lähellä. Sijainti on erittäin hyvä, torille matkaa n. 1km ja matkakeskukselle 800m. Oma autopaikka. Mukavat vuoteet kahdelle makuuhuoneessa (joko erillään tai parivuoteena) ja yhteensä vuoteita löytyy viidelle. Asunto on täysin remontoitu mm. kylpyhuone ja sauna uusittu täydellisesti 1/2022. Huoneiston kaikki huonekalut on uusittu. Tässä mukava ja viihtyisä kohde työmatkan tukikohdaksi tai vaikka rentouttavan loman majapaikaksi!

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene. Palju käytössä lisähinnasta 50€. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Poikkeustilanteessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta erillisveloituksella.
