Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Modern two room apartment in the third floor of the apartment house build 1930, full renovated 2005. The house is located very close to the lake Höytiäinen. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.

We stayed 5 nights in Kristiina's cosy semi-attached apartment. Although, the apartment felt more like a cottage. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The nature around is absolutely stunning with excellent hiking routes. We were surprised by the lake views from the apartment and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings. The apartment is fairly close to amenities, although having your own transport seems essential.

A decorative arrangement features a glass frame with the phrase 'Home is where the heart is' in elegant script. On each side, there are plants: a vibrant bouquet of tulips on the left and a small orchid in a pot on the right, resting on a wooden surface.

Great week-end spent in this appartment. We came to see biathlon in Kontiolahti, 20min from it. We had all we needed during our stay, a great place to spend few days !

Elisa responded quickly to the message before the trip, but also during the visit. When we checked in, we got the keys right in hand, and Elisa had some friendly tips about nearby restaurants. The apartment was atmospheric, and the sauna brought a nice addition to the stay.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, spacious and bright. The combined bathroom is renovated, functional, and stylish. The location was great for a city center apartment. Services nearby, but still quiet enough. Renter Erja was nice and friendly. The introduction to the space went well. As a bonus, we got access to a parking spot in the yard.

The house far surpasses the pictures posted of this house. The house is situated in a unique and idyllic place. Just a 10 minute drive to one of the most spectacular scenery in all of Finland (Koli National Park). The house is perfectly equipped.

There were seven of us adults in the Christmas cottage. We had a great time and there was plenty of space. We could also fit in the dining table, and the cottage was well worth the price. Valtteri responded quickly and was very helpful. A small minus that the dishes had to be washed almost all of them again when they were a little stained. There was also no space in the frost, but we did well. The setting was great and the place was easy to find. I can definitely recommend this to everyone!
