Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jena

It is a unique opportunity to live in a 500-year-old perfectly renovated old rectory for a while, which we enjoyed very much.

We had a lovely, albeit very wet Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years old)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high tick volume, but that's nobody's fault. However, you should prepare for a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The footpath to the house, which is slightly elevated, was a bit impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

We were greeted very warmly and friendly by Silke. She showed us the very tastefully furnished premises, was very eager to make our stay pleasant by naming excursion destinations, localities... Her husband took us on an insider city tour of Weimar, Silke brought us fresh eggs in the morning, put delicious homemade jam on the table, offered us fresh herbs and salad from her garden. We felt very comfortable and "safe." Silke and her husband are two valuable people. Thank you for the lovely and relaxing stay

Really beautiful surroundings and a special trip for our family. The endless views you look out from the pool are breathtaking. The location is great and the cottage is beautiful and lacks nothing. Erfurt is a beautiful city with a lot of old architecture. We shopped very nicely and had a nice meal in Erfurt city center. Manuela is a very sweet woman who has welcomed us nicely and responded to our messages within moments. We are very happy that she was allowed to use her Paradise.

We had a great short vacation in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation opportunities in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbors are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and would recommend the accommodation without reservation!

On the Saale bright beach..... a very nice, quiet location to explore the area. Foxes and rabbits like to cross your path. It goes uphill or downhill. The rapeseed smells wonderful, not all the sights were already open. A car is recommended. The time was too short to explore and enjoy everything. The place is really recommended!!! Michael and Doris are very lovable people. I wish you all the best!! Kind regards to both of them!!

We had a thoroughly lovely stay: the cottage is super nicely located with distant views. The outdoor area with its own outdoor seating is also beautifully designed. Also designed from the inside with a great kitchen and a large elegant bathroom. There's nothing missing. We didn't use the sauna in the summer. The double bed is very comfortable, rather hard, we slept like on clouds. We will be happy to come back and look forward to it.

It was very pleasant to stay there! Thanks to Sigrid, it's her merit, I don't regret it at all. I recommend it!

We felt comfortable right from the start. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail and there are so many beautiful things waiting for you that you don't expect. This is just pure hospitality and you can see how much heart and soul is in the house and studio. We'll be back.

Beautiful place in a peaceful place, definitely recommend it

We had a nice weekend in the apartment, you can sit very nicely on the quiet terrace, overall it is very quiet. Also from the bed in the attic, which can be reached via a staircase, you have a beautiful view outside. The kitchen on the ground floor is very well equipped. In the village, there is an EDEKA, restaurants are nearby, but call to be sure. Overall, a very good starting point for tours in the Thuringian Forest. We would like to come back again =)

Were there for 4 days. Kerstin couldn't do anything about the good weather, but for everything else you can only say thank you. The apartment is beautifully furnished with attention to detail (the bathroom is a dream), you could sit on the balcony for hours. The location is hardly better, you are totally central and yet it is quiet. And on top of that, Kerstin as a host. For your caring reception, I give 11 out of 10 possible points

Super great place - we would definitely come back if we are in Weimar again. On foot a nice walk to the center(about 15 min), quietly located, have breakfast beautifully undisturbed on the terrace in the sun. Also equipped 1A; even with extras such as slippers (is also quite cold foot), various Playing and books, hot water bottle, coffee grinder & milk frother, tea, spices, etc.

There were two of us with a toddler and we felt very comfortable. A travel cot fits wonderfully in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped. In the bathroom, there are all kinds of utensils in case you've forgotten something. Communication was flawless and they were available at any time. The surrounding area is rural and very quiet. The hosts' sheep can be watched directly from the kitchen and bathroom. A highlight for our daughter. There is a free parking space right in front of the house. We can recommend the place and had a lovely time. Everything is easily accessible from Zeigerheim.

We had a very nice stay. Alfred and Christine are friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. The apartment was very large and clean with a great view of Weida and the Osterburg, very central yet quiet. The kitchen really had everything you could ever need and we were very pleased with the cherries from the garden as a welcome and the coffee in the cupboard for our breakfast. We will be happy to come back.

Everything is available for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, freezer, oven, and stove. Handy the table between kitchen and living room. TV with Netflix, etc. Internet is fine for laptop work. Internet good throughout the apartment. Bedroom and bed are fine. Easy to park your car in front of the house. Stores nearby. What to do? Within 1 hour drive Weimar, Erfurt (Saturday market), Gotha and Arnstad, Saalfeld, Coburg. On the way back, stop and rest in the nature, forests, hills and fields. Thuringia has turned out to be a positive surprise, certainly worth repeating.

Nadine and her mother are excellent hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment is situated in a beautiful district of Jena. Everything matches the description. Very clean and quiet, equipped with all comforts. Recommended for short and long stays.

Susi is a very thoughtful host. We felt very comfortable immediately and the apartment corresponded exactly to the description and beyond. We didn't miss anything. Very recommended.

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and nearby there is a small bakery. The Voigtland is beautiful, we will be back.

A super nice apartment in the middle of Weimar. It is super equipped and it has everything you need. The old town flair can be felt here. The roof terrace is also a highlight and clearly sets the apartment apart from others. Communication with Michael was very friendly and helpful and check-in also went smoothly - I'd love to come back.😊

Juliane's place was the perfect place for us extended Easter weekend! The rooms are nicely furnished and you have a view of a beautiful garden. The kitchen is well equipped and children are also thought of (child protection in sockets, children's books). Very comfortable beds as well!

The place was incredibly beautiful and you felt right at home. Cozy and really very large, equipped with everything you could ever need. Arndt was very nice and helpful. Really recommended!
