The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Take the family or friends with you to this unusual accommodation, right in the middle of the traffic-calmed Weimar old town. Everything worth seeing is within walking distance. Nice restaurants, cafes and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. You can expect two bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as optional sofa beds (160 cm) and (100 cm) for another 2-3 people, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, dining areas, 2 TVs and bicycles.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

On request, a parking space can be rented for €6/day.

The guest apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house, about 1 km (about a 10–12-minute walk) from the city center. It has a separate entrance and includes everything you need to feel good. We provide one free parking space on the premises. Public transportation is right outside the door, and Paradiespark, Jena's Kernberge, and hiking trails are within minutes walking distance.
