Very accessible - Weimar world culture city with beech forest, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and mild climate. Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent out my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, at the Saalestrand and in the Paradies-Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the nearby construction site. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
