Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Japan

Walkable distance from airbnb to attraction such as shinsaibashi. Airbnb provides everything we need. The host was very friendly and welcoming to give us some local snacks to try. Also, very responsive to all our request.

Yui was very helping even before we arrived by providing tips on the surrounding train stations for easy travels. She was thoughtful to provide a stroller since we had kids in tow. She even welcomed us with a snack that was delicious. Her place was surrounded by places to eat and shop. Never had any issues of finding something to explore or do. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to rest in her home. It was spacious and away from all the street noise. If I ever had a question, she would be quick to respond. I would definitely book with her again knowing she’s a great host.

The apartment was very nice and located very close to a train station making it very easy to get around Kyoto. Royce was an excellent host and answered very quickly. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here too.

Fabulous location! Easy walking distance to Kenroku-en Garden, the castle, many shrines, modern art gallery, and the market. Although being very central it is very quiet at night. The apartment has a very sweet little view out to the streetscape. Perfect for relaxing in the evening with a drink. The wooden floor is rather lovely. In the context of accommodation elsewhere in Japan, the apartment is relatively spacious. One thing to note is that the entry staircase is relatively steep. Overall would definitely Starry!

Very comfortable and quiet location. Apartment was great for our family, kitchen was very useful. Nice to have washing machine. Good air conditioner and controller to keep temp perfect. Very comfortable beds.

여러명이 묵기에 좋은 숙소였습니다. 간이베드도 비교적 편안해서 문제 없었어요. 다만 수건이 다소 적게 제공되고 직접 빨래해서 사용해야합니다. 요청하면 새것을 제공해주긴 하지만 기본적으로 원칙은 직접 빨래해 사용하는거에요. 5명이 3박을 묵었으며 수건 큰 타올 10개, 작은 타올 10개가 제공되었습니다

Great place. The walk to the apartment from Nipponbashi Station is about 10 minutes if you are carrying big luggages, so I would recommend taking taxi to the apartment. The place itself is the only unit on 5th floor. Very clean and comfortable. Had a really good sleep during the stay. It has balcony on both sides. Kuromon Market and Namba Street Mall is beside Nipponbashi Station. Dottonburi Street is nearby.

This place was fantastic. Very clean. Lots of space for me and my. Three children. Nothing was too much trouble for AYUMI. I left some stuff behind and he’s posting it to Australia fantastic service.

Very convenient place to stay in Tokyo. It accommodated our group of 10 pretty well. The beds were comfortable. It had plenty of showers and toilets. The kitchen was a bit sparse on cooking utensils. The genkan is tiny, so not much room to take shoes off. Plenty of large sized slippers available. Proximity to bus stop, 7-eleven, and supermarket are extremely convenient! While one of the washer/dryer combos worked well, the other continually gave errors. Garbage cans were a good size for our group. The host was very responsive and helpful.

とても綺麗で整ったお家でした。食器や家具など必要なものがすべて揃っていて、とても快適に過ごせました。お家も広々としていて、一つの家族でも十分に暮らせるほどの広さです。駅も近く、車や自転車がなくても不便を感じることはありませんでした。15分ぐらいで松山駅に行けます。 周囲はとても静かで、癒しの1ヶ月を過ごすことができました。 さらに、パンや自家製のお米、バターなど、たくさんの食べ物をご用意いただき、大変感謝しております。温かいおもてなしのおかげで、より心地よく滞在することができました。 またぜひお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

We were greeted by the owner and creator of the charming Ninja House! He was so lovely and took the time to show us all around the nooks and crannies of his clever, fun abode. Highly recommend!

Kiyo’s place was wonderful! It is located in such a cute neighborhood, walkable to the train and wonderful restaurants, and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Kiyo was a great host and was kind enough to meet us early to drop off our bags. Would definitely recommend if you are in Osaka!

The location was excellent — just a 4-minute walk from the metro station, with Kyoto Station only 1 stop away in one direction and a popular shopping street just 1 stop in the other. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with a grocery store also about 4 minutes away (possibly less). The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Both rooms had air-conditioning, and the living room was especially roomy — great for relaxing after a day out. Note that the unit is on the 2nd floor with stairs that might be a bit steep for some, but I had no issue at all. The check-in instructions were clear and helpful, making everything smooth. Overall, I can easily recommend this place for anyone visiting Kyoto.

the rooms were very spacious and we had a comfortable stay. having the toilet, bath and laundry equipment altogether on both levels was very convenient. bbq equipment provided was also comprehensive and easy to use. the stairs were a little narrow and steep so may be a little challenging if travelling with elderly folks.

We spent 7 nights in Osaka and still didn’t manage to explore everything—there’s just so much to see and do! The location of the house is perfect—within walking distance to the train station and major tourist areas. We travelled with two young kids and had no issues using strollers. There’s a lift at the train station which is close by, and we were even able to store both strollers comfortably in the house. The house itself is lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and feels very much like a home away from home. We settled in quickly and felt right at ease. We were initially concerned about managing trash disposal, but the host made it incredibly seamless and stress-free. The only minor downside was the soundproofing—it’s not the best. I’m a light sleeper, and the area can get a bit noisy at night. We also heard a crow early in the morning on our first day. Additionally, the linens were slightly yellowed, but that’s an easy fix. We will book Yoko place again if we visit Osaka!

Very accessible as 7/11 is just across and 5 mins away from station

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Place is about 2 min walk from Meguro station as described where so many restaurants and convenient stores can be found. An elevator is a big plus unlike some of other Airbnb places in Japan, and as well as the washer and dryer. Everything was exactly as it was described and the communication was prompt. I used to live in Japan and still visit at least 2-3 times a year, and the location and the place couldn't be better. I'll be looking forward to come back again and highly recommend this place to others.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Le logement était très propre et bien décoré. C'est le seul appartement du 5eme étage, c'est donc très calme. Depuis la fenêtre il est possible de voir le Kiyomizu Dera. L'emplacement est très bien. Il est possible d'aller à gion et Nishiki market à pied. Plein de bon restaurant à proximité et des boulangeries, il y a aussi un fresco ouvert 24/24 en plus du 7-eleven au coin de la rue. C'était très pratique de pouvoir stationner notre Toyota sienta devant l'immeuble.

We had a big group and we needed at least 5 beds, we wanted to be close to Shibuya and other attractions, and we wanted it to be cheap. That's what we got. It's close to the subway and clean. Great deal.
