Vacation rentals with a patio in Jamestown

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Place was clean and it was exactly as it was described. Also had climate control going for our arrival.

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

Spacious, spotless, silent Spacious Long ago, when Donald Trump owned the New York City Plaza hotel, we were to have received a free upgrade. They screwed up, took us to another upgraded room, only to find an angry half-naked couple already checked into that room. Staff was so embarrassed, they upgraded us to the hotel’s best corner suite. (Two to the floor with the stone balcony, our neighbor was Chuck Norris. Before they built out the Royal Plaza Suite) The reason I say this is that Robyn’s apartment feels just as spacious. (Honestly, though, there are no statues of naked Romans or gold-plated fixtures, like the Plaza suite.) Spotless My wife spilled a few drops of water on the floor, wiped it up with a Kleenex, and not a trace of dust remained! (Robyn can share her secret as to how and why the flat is so clean.) As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I could not be happier with our stay at the Copper Top. Our original trip in 2024 had to be canceled due to unforeseen weather on our way to the Copper Top which actually led us being stuck in Erie, PA. Immediately we were offered an extension to our trip free of charge. Ultimately due to weather we were unable to make it to the Copper Top all together. Matthew, Brian, and Leah were gracious enough to let us reschedule our trip for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and use our payment from 2024 as a credit towards the trip!! Which we could not be more thankful for. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained! Any questions that popped up were answered immediately and the hosts truly care about their guests needs! We cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

Our family had a great stay at Robert's place! After moving away from the area, it's so nice to be able to stay in a comfortable home in my old neighborhood! The place was squeaky clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed for a weekend stay, nice kitchen, coffee makers, comfortable beds and furniture. Will definitely rent again in the future.

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!
